Z-Lounge SMS Terms
Program operator. De La Puerta Medical Consulting Inc. administers Z-Lounge’s SMS inquiry and coordination program. It handles administrative communications for Z-Lounge clinics in Tijuana and Cancun, operated by ZNGX International SA de CV.
Messages. With your separate SMS consent, we may send automated and staff-written responses to your inquiry, consultation scheduling and reminders, requested quotation follow-up, and travel coordination. Message frequency varies with your requests and appointments. This consent does not enroll you in unrelated promotional campaigns.
Choice and costs. SMS enrollment is optional and is not required to purchase or receive services. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider determines your charges. Delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out. Reply STOP to stop SMS messages. You may receive a final confirmation. To rejoin, provide fresh consent through our SMS opt-in process.

Privacy. See the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS consent for third-party marketing.
Use of the channel. SMS provides administrative support, not emergency care, diagnosis, medical advice or treatment consent. Do not send medical records, diagnostic images, identity documents or payment-card details by text. We can explain the appropriate secure process for requested records.
Only enroll a number you control. Adults must coordinate administrative inquiries concerning a minor. Contact us if your number changes or is reassigned.
